This laptop was a gift for my son who is in college. I was not impressed by the quality of Blu-ray. Everything else is great. Even with HDMI hook, put on our TV was fantastic. Seems to work without problems. I was a little 'concerned with the screen size and weight. It 'so easy, the extra screen real estate "value is not a question of size.
