LG Display, a leading provider of thin-film transistor liquid crystal display (TFT-LCD) technology, has a strategic alliance with Cree Inc., a U.S. LED (light emitting diodes) formed chip manufacturers. LG Display signed a supply agreement with Cree LED chips for LCD backlighting in early January to be used. Under the agreement, LG Display secures a stable supply of LED chips, a key component in the next generation of LCD products and receive technical support from Cree for LED packaging.Available material includes recordings and headquartered LG Display LED video monitors and notebooks.
